Why Business Objects is not “Lost in Translation”

We’re finding that many of our clients’ job descriptions are being transformed into supporting worldwide marketing, and we are transforming with them. We can translate and localize, email, direct mail or collateral in any language and deploy email campaigns or mail direct mail campaigns into any country.

In the case of email campaigns, we take great care to ensure that they display consistently on all browsers, regardless of language. To accomplish this, we use the HTML code for each character rather than just copying and pasting from a Word document. That way, the message renders faithfully in each language, and special characters do not appear “funny”.
