
Pacific Telemanagement Services was a small business with large growth goals. Their revenue source had suddenly shifted from collecting coins from payphones to selling assisted 800# calls. They built a high-tech 800# switching center in Texas and upgraded a center in California. Then they needed to start "selling."
Specifically, our client needed a new identity and brochure to make their small company look like a big company that could compete with the "big bells" in large bids. We helped them identify their core business offering and new brand identity and created a brochure to sell their services.
